Did you know that you can recover deleted calls in Towbook?

The 'Deleted Calls Report' is an important resource that allows you to access the most recently deleted calls in your account, along with the ability to view who initially deleted the call and undelete it, if necessary.

Accessing the 'Deleted Calls' report:

• Click on the "Reports" tab.
• Select "Dispatching Reports"
• Click "Deleted Calls"
• Here, you will see every call recently deleted in your system.
• If you'd like to undelete a call, you can select the "Undelete" button to the right of the screen.
