The Dispatching Analysis Report will quickly produce a snapshot of your company's dispatching statistics within your chosen timeframe.

When building your Dispatching Analysis report, you're able to customize the report based on various parameters, such as reason, master account, account, account type, driver, truck, dispatcher, payment status, and tax-exempt status.

Dispatching Analysis Report Summary

When rendered, this report will produce an array of dispatching statistics that will give you a deeper insight into how your company is performing.

The Report Summary will display the following:

• Average Calls Completed Per Day
• Average Time to Dispatch a Call
• Average ETA
• Average Time to Arrive
• Average Time to Complete a Call
• Average En Route to Complete Time
• Average Invoice Amount Per Call

Filtering Options

In addition, you can filter the table to display data based on call volume or revenue and narrow it down by the hour, day, week, month, or year!
