Towbook Element: Driver Activity Report
Use the 'Driver Activity Report' to view driver and call statistics!
The Driver Activity Report provides managers with information on the amount of time spent on calls and identifies areas where improvements can be made.
What kind of information does this report provide?
The 'Driver Activity Report' will provide managers with time stamps for each job status, allowing you to easily compare the actual time worked versus the time spent.
Additionally, it will highlight any missed status updates, allowing you to follow up with drivers who may not be consistently updating the status on time.
Accessing the Driver Activity Report
- Go to the "Reports" tab
- Click on "Dispatching Reports"
- Select "Driver Activity"
- Enter any report-specific parameters, such as date and/or specific drivers.
- Click, "Update" to render the report.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Exporting the report to Excel gives you various summaries organized into separate tabs on the Excel sheet.
