Towbook has the ability to create custom impound reports

With the impound report, you can view a tailored list of impounded vehicles based on your selected filters.

Creating your impound report

Follow the steps below to generate your impound report:

• Click on the "Impounds" tab.
• Select the "Create Report" button.
• Customize the report by choosing from the available filtering options.
• Once completed, click the green "Generate" button.

Save this report as a template

There are (3) options to save the report you've created:

• Print the report.
• Export it to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• Save the report in Towbook as a template to access it quickly in the future. When saving the report, be sure to name your report and select "Save".

Accessing your report templates

To access the saved impound reports, click the "Create Report" button and view the list of reports in the left column.

By selecting a previous report, you can choose to either open it or delete it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a report template is deleted, you cannot restore them in the future.
