Provide Your Customers with an Estimated Time of Arrival!

Predicted Arrival times adapt to the driver's surroundings and refresh in real time, replacing rigid ETAs.

A Few Things to Note

• Predicted arrival time will update approximately every 60 seconds, with an estimated time to the destination.
• This feature uses Google Maps, which will take traffic and other factors into consideration.
• The distance will be based on the suggested route to the initial location.
• Your drivers must always be reporting location within their mobile app for this feature to work as intended.

Setting up 'Predicted Arrival' in your system

• Click on the “gear” icon in the top right-hand corner of the “Dispatching” tab
• Under “Not Displayed”, scroll until you find the “Predicted Arrival” tile
• Click on the tile and drag it to the “Columns” section. (Customize your layout by placing the tile where you want to position it)
• Click “Save”
