Customize Your Storage Pricing by Using Tiered Storage!

Instead of having a flat storage price, you have the option to create different pricing tiers.

For example, you could charge $25 per day for (10) days and then instruct Towbook to automatically charge $30 per day for the remaining time the vehicle is in storage.

From there, the number of days in each tier can be adjusted as needed.

Tiered Storage Set Up

Setting up tiered storage rates in Towbook is simple!

• Click on, 'Settings' ➡ 'Pricing' ➡ 'Services & Pricing' ➡ 'Add a New Service Rate' OR click on the default 'Impounds/Storage: Daily Impound Rate' item
• If adding a new rate, name the service rate and set the category to 'Storage - Storage Fees'
• Click the 'Tiered Storage Pricing' button
• This will give you tiers, starting on your first day. You can create as many tiers as needed and customize your pricing
• Select 'Save' once finished

NOTE: This feature is company-wide and not able to be customized on a per-account basis at this time.
