Allow customers to send jobs to Towbook using the Web Request Form!

The Web Request Form will allow customers from external sources to request service, which will automatically create a call in your Towbook account.

Share the Web Request Form on your website, social media, and with any customer accounts to allow jobs to be sent electronically instead of over the phone or email.

Activating the Web Request Form

• Go to "Accounts"
• Select the desired account.
• Click on "Modify Account"
• Select the "Users" tab.
• Check the box “Enable external link for this account”. This will activate the web form link.
• Share this link with your customers. Once they complete the form, you will receive a call request automatically.
